Ho ho ho! Join Father Christmas at Planters Brookfields for our group grotto experience!

Enjoy a visit to the north pole post office where you can write a letter to Father Christmas, before visiting Mrs Claus to craft some magical reindeer food. Then, it's off to see Father Christmas himself, where he'll tell you a story, ask what you'd like for Christmas and have a photo taken too. Afterwards, choose your own toy from our toy shop before viewing your photos (sold separately).

Please note: this is a grotto experience with other families present.

PLEASE NOTE: Our real reindeer will have returned to the North Pole on Christmas Eve and therefore will NOT be at the garden centre on 24th December.

Sessions for Babies or toddlers to come and meet Father Christmas in his Grotto.

You will receive a gift from Father Christmas in his Cabin and have your photo taken by one of our cheeky elves.

Merry 'Woof'mas! - you'd be barking mad to miss this opportunity for your pet to meet Santa.

We invite you to bring your beloved pets to see Father Christmas in our Santa Paws Pet Grotto. Your pets will enjoy a visit to Father Christmas, receive a Christmas treat and have their photo taken. Please note that photos are not included in the price.

You have the opportunity to purchase the photo after your visit with a range of personalised photo gifts to make it extra special.

Join us at one of our SEN friendly Father Christmas meet & greet sessions! With no music, less crowds and a more relaxed atmosphere, these sessions are better suited to SEN children.

This is your opportunity to see Father Christmas as a single family group (not part of a larger group woth other families like our main grotto event). You'll have your photo taken with no flash used, with photos available to view and purchase afterwards. Finally, step into our toy room and choose your own toy to top off your magical experience.
